Members of ICMP are seen in the middle of a newly discovered mass grave in Prijedor (Tomasica). Forensic experts believe that this is the biggest mass grave (3000 square meters) that has been discovered. Till the 8th of november 2013, 430 bodies have been found so far. 275 are complete remains of victims while the rest are incomplete. The International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) has known about the mass grave in Tomasica for years, but they did not know the exact location, since this summer a former Bosnian Serb soldier came forward an gave a tip to authorities. Altogether there could be up to 1000 people be buried, killed during the summer of 1992 by Serb forces in the region.
